We want you to be completely satisfied with your Emile Henry ceramic cookware. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your ceramic items in their original box and protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
